TrailFix is a one-person mobile repair operation — the owner is the mechanic who shows up. The site needed to move fast for drivers with a truck down right now, while still building trust for fleet managers booking ahead.

- Built urgency-first navigation — phone number and 'unit is down' path always visible
- Organized repair categories around DOT inspections, brakes, chassis, electrical, and air systems
- Wrote an owner-operator story section to build trust with fleet customers
- Built a service-request form with urgency levels and unit-location fields
