About
17 years of hands-on work and keeping systems running when everything's against you.
I'm Zach Bradley. I spent 17 years in the Army, split between hands-on physical work and running networks and communications for teams in the field. Some years I was building and fixing things with my hands. Other years I was the guy keeping the systems up and the missions running when conditions were about as bad as they get.
No formal tech training. I'm self-taught, mostly through curiosity and going down rabbit holes until something makes sense. That's still how I work. I don't have a computer science degree, I have a lot of hours spent figuring things out under pressure, and that's exactly what small business owners are doing too.
JIT Solutions comes out of both halves of that. I know what it's like to do the physical work and lose track of a callback because you were up to your elbows in the actual job. And I know how to build a system that holds up when things get messy. If I can figure this stuff out, you can too. I just do the figuring-out part for you.
